Activities for a flight

Wearing layers will help you maintain a comfortable body temperature. Airflow should be increased around your seat, with a focus on your face in particular. Fix your eyes on the horizon to help your body adjust to the opposing motion it is experiencing. Or, bring some ginger tablets and order some ginger ale to sip slowly.

Take a 250 mg capsule three times daily before flying to help with symptoms. Don’t drink. You only become more dehydrated and your symptoms worsen. Keep a positive attitude and try to divert your attention by doing things like listening to music or talking to your traveling companion. Sleep more
